Registration is free and is required to access several features such as having your own playlists, etc. We are also launching various offers available just to the registered users. One example is where we send gifts to our regular users using a points system (please check our points page for details on this.).

What is a Playlist? What are Multiple Playlists ?
A playlist is a list of songs that you would like to listen more often. Login (after completing the free registration once) and just click the plus (+) sign next to the songs to add the songs to your playlist.
As of March 2006, you have the ability to create and save multiple playlists. So you can have different types of playlists. e.g. Fast beat, Current Favourite Songs, Old Songs, Romantic Songs, etc.

How do I share a song or my playlist via Email ?
To share a song/playlist via email, just click the 'Email a Friend' link available on the Music Plugin Player page. It will ask for the email id of your friend and once you enter it and submit it, it will send an email to your friend. |

How do I share a song/playlist using Instant Messengers like Yahoo IM and MSN ?
To share a song/playlist using any Instant Messenger, from the Music Plugin Player page, just click the 'Copy to Clipboard' button next to the IM option.
It will copy the code to your clipboard. Now open Yahoo IM or MSN (or any other IM of your choice) and select your friend's name and paste the code (Control-V) in the messenger window.
Your friend can click the link and it will automatically open the player page, playing the songs/playlists of your choice. |

How do I put a link to a song/playlist on my webpage ?
From the Music Plugin Player page, locate the button called 'Copy to Clipboard', next to the words, HTML Code. Now the code is copied to your clipboard. Paste this code into your web page and it will show up on your webpage.

How do I add my favourite songs in my profile on sites like Friendster, MySpace, Cool Goose etc. ?
Here are the simple steps showing Friendster as an example:
1. While your favourite songs are playing in the Music Plugin Flash Player window, click on the fourth Copy to Clipboard button (for Embed code).
2. In Friendster, after logging in, click on Edit Profile and go to Customize Sub Tab.
3. Under the 'Add Music and Video' option in the Customize Sub Tab, paste the code (use Control - V for shortcut).
4. Save the profile.
We have successfully done it and here are a few samples:

What is the Upload Songs feature? How do I upload my own song ?
Upload Songs is a unique feature which allows you to listen, sing along and upload your favourite songs. We have a separate page explaining this feature in details. Click here to learn more about it. |

How do I upload my favourite photos ?
You can upload photos in two ways:
1. From the Photo Gallery page, just choose the artist or movie you would like to upload the photo for, and upload it. You can upload all other photos using the 'Other' option given in the same page.
2. From any artist/movie page, just upload the photo from the feature provided on the top left hand corner of the page. |

I uploaded a few photos, but they disappeared. What happened ?
Since we would like to maintain our site as clean as possible, any photos with low quality or names of other websites will be removed. So please help us maintain the quality of the site by uploading good quality photos without any other website name in it. |

I uploaded a few songs, but they disappeared. What happened. ?
Upload Songs is a feature is for 1. Users to sing and upload songs that they like. 2. Users to upload variations of existing songs, such as remixes, etc. 3. Users to upload songs missing from the current list of songs. All other duplicate songs will be removed. |

What is a clipboard and where is it found ?
Clipboard is an option to store content temporarily on your PC.
When you press 'Copy to Clipboard', the code gets copied to the clipboard.
You can retrieve it by many ways, some of them are:
1. Open Notepad. (eg. Click Start - Click Run and then type 'notepad' and press enter).
2. Copy the clipboard contents (eg. In Notepad, click Edit - Paste (or) in Notepad, press the Control Key and the letter 'V' together.)
As you can see from the above example, the contents of the clipboard are now available for you to use.
Instead of Notepad, you can retrieve content directly into your friendster or myspace profile page, by pressing the Control Key and the letter V together. |

Why is the song breaking up. Sometimes it does not even load. Why ?
All the songs are of high quality and might not be audible on PCs with slower connections.
If you cannot hear the song or if the song breaks up in the middle, please try this option:
1. Go to the Movie page for the song you want to listen to.
2. Click on 'Medium Quality' option.
3. Click on the song now. |

How do I add songs and photos to a playlist ?
Songs and photos can be added to a playlist using the following steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on Playlist menu item on the top right corner of the site.
3. Click on 'Add New Playlist Title' and in the popup window, type the name of the new playlist you want to create and save it. (Eg. 'My Current Favourites').
Now your playlist is ready.
4. Now go to any movie page and click on the + button next to any song that you want to add to your playlist. It will popup asking you to choose the playlist in which you want to add the song.
Now you should be able to add any song that you wish into your playlist.
5. Now go to any photo gallery (for artists or movies or others). While seeing any picture, you will see a + button right below it. Click the + button next to the photo, to add it to your playlist.
Now your playlist has both songs and photos of your choice. |

How do I share my playlist with others ?
After logging in to your account, click on Playlist link.
It will display the list of playlists you have created.
Click on any playlist and it will open up the page for that playlist.
Now click on the Non Stop Player and you can start sharing the playlist just like how you share the other movies/songs, etc. |

When I click the Non Stop Player or Video Gallery, nothing happens. Where can I hear the audio songs or see the video songs ?
1. Audio Songs: To test this, on the home page, click on the nonstop player on the right side. It will open a new window, where the Top 10 songs will play.
2. Video Songs: To test this, on the home page, click on 'Video Gallery' link. It will open a new window, where you have to choose a movie and it will start playing the video songs for that movie.
For both these to work, please make sure your browser has 'popups enabled' for Music Plugin site. Please do not worry; we have zero popup advertisements on our site, so you can conveniently choose that option just for Music Plugin site, even if you have popups blocked for the other sites on your browser. |
